Senior Team Member
Mike Gould has been with the team since he joined in 1992. Starting as a metal polisher, he then moved to the metal polishing department, a department manager for metal polishing, thin-film ceramic coating applicator, thin-film coating, shipping & receiving and currently heads up the planning function. Mike's favorite hobbies are golf & skiing.

Arleth M.G. works in our Quality & Packaging department and was hired in early 2024.
Many MASIC employees have developed a number of skills, and often find their specialties as they learn and grow as a professional. Arleth is one of many doing precise and quality work that is reflected in the finished products of our clients.
