“We don’t plate or powder coat on metal, we do these processes on Pre-Treatment.”

This statement may have caught you off guard because the majority of the parts that we do apply finishes to are metal. But it is our pre treatment processes and practices that set us apart from many other finishing shops. The finish that we apply to our customers parts is only as good as the materials surface before we apply a finish.

Plating and Powder Coating will stick to dirty parts, they just won’t last or look very appealing.

We have to meet the expectations of our customers and be in the position to supply them with parts that will not only meet performance but also cosmetic standards.

As a supplier it is our duty not only to supply our customers with quality parts that meet their expectations, but also be in the position to stand behind our work.

Cleaning and preparing or “Pre Treating” our customers parts in the correct manner enables us to stand behind what we do.
